Our Niche Market

Currently, Dominion Ventures' niche market is purchasing underperforming properties that at closing have positive cash flow. We focus on properties that are recession resilient and have significant tax benefits for our clients. The property class we focus on to achieve these objectives is Manufactured Housing Communities and Storage Centers.
