Our mission is to build a legacy of wealth and benevolence for our heritage. In contrast, the current generation typically does not concern itself with the future, but occupies itself with its current economic, educational, religious, and sociological needs. Recognizing these tendencies, the founders of Dominion Ventures have sought to fulfill their vision by concerning themselves with the needs of the next generation. The goal is to build wealth in all areas through the successes of Dominion Ventures. We believe wealth encompasses financial riches but is not limited to monetary gain. We also understand that to whom much has been given much is required. Therefore the other primary objective is to be benevolent with our wealth in establishing and supporting institutions and businesses that are concerned about the future generations. The primary tool we will use to pursue this mission will be through acquiring commercial real estate assets that are underperforming and undervalued in good locations.
